Russell came round promptly to give us a quote for converting our system from two boilers and installing a new combi boiler. He was informative, gave great advice, offered different options, and talked through exactly what he’d need to do. After we accepted the quote (substantially cheaper than British Gas’s quote for the same job), Russell completed the job exactly on schedule, and didn’t exceed the quote. He was friendly, on time, knowledgeable and hardworking. He tidied up after himself to an exceptional level, and we were really pleased with the job he did. Would definitely use again.
