Meet Russell
Hi, I'm Russell - I founded Be Warm & Cosy in 2020.
I trained and qualified with British Gas and I've been in the heating trade for over a decade. I started the company because I wanted to do the job the way I thought it should be done: turn up when you say you will, explain what's actually wrong, and charge what you quoted.
I'm Gas Safe registered and qualified to work on gas, Boiler, cookers and fires, and we're fully insured with public liability cover.
One thing I got tired of hearing was that people had rung three heating firms and nobody picked up. That's why our phones are always answered now - day or night, you'll get a person's attention and a booked appointment, and one of our Gas Safe engineers will be out between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
